I am a 200-hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with the Yoga Alliance, having trained under Lauren Farenga at Lotus Yoga Studio.
A student of yoga for nearly two decades, I made the decision to become a teacher with the goal of learning the tools to bring the benefits of this practice to others.
In my classes, you can expect to feel welcomed and supported, regardless of physical ability or prior experience with yoga. We will focus on moving mindfully, integrating breath into our flow, and finding the expression of each pose that feels best for you. I'll offer alignment cues and modification options throughout class to make poses safe, accessible, and comfortable.
